Upon submitting my booking, I will provide my credit card details to Quamby Estate to secure my booking, after receiving a confirmation of booking from Quamby Events. This card will be charged the total booking cost 30 days prior to arrival. I understand that if I do not provide my credit card details within 24 hours, my booking will be cancelled. Cancellations: In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, we do require notification in writing via email. No fees will be incurred if the cancellation is 31+ days prior to the event date. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged the murder mystery fee of $110 per person (non-refundable). Cancellations within 14 days of the event date will forfeit 100% of the booking cost. Character sheets & details will be emailed out to all guests 28 days prior to the event.
